HOW TO Fix Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator:
STEPS:
Download “EnableRegTool.inf” and "EnableRegTool.reg"
Put those files in a same folder
Right click at "EnableRegTool.inf" and choose “Install”
Wallaaaa~~~!! YOU ARE DONE!!
