How to Fix Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator

STEPS:
  1. Download “EnableRegTool.inf” and "EnableRegTool.reg"
  2. Put those files in a same folder
  3. Right click at "EnableRegTool.inf" and choose “Install”
  4. Wallaaaa~~~!! YOU ARE DONE!!
